We understand that it’s tough to get a feel for how your rug will look in your home before buying. Our free trial program offers a seven-day opportunity to experience your new rug in your home. The only fee you'll cover is the return fee if you're unhappy with your rug after 7 days.

Return the rugs for a small fee if not satisfied.
Our full service installation process requires our excellent team of carpet installers to come into your home and prepare the area to receive the new rug or carpet. Any existing old carpet and rug pads will be expertly removed and disposed of before the floor is prepared to receive the new item. This preparation may involve securing the sub floor, applying any floor levelers to ensure a smooth, uniform surface, and carefully moving away any furniture. The new rug pad and carpet or rug are then brought in and installed, furniture is replaced, and voilá, you have a brand new rug or carpet perfectly installed in your home!

Our On Approval Program allows you to try before you buy. A rug is something you need to try in your home and see in your own surroundings in order to know if it is the right fit. We encourage our customers to take a rug of interest home and live with it for up to 2 calendar days. Even if you don’t live locally in the Roaring Fork Valley, we will ship you the rug(s) anywhere in the continental U.S. This time should enable you to know whether or not you would like to proceed with the purchase. Should you decide the rug just doesn’t fit, we would be happy to help you find one that does! Once you’ve decided on the rug(s) that you would like to have On Approval, all we’ll need is your contact information and a credit card on file for security purposes.
We will not apply any charges on your card unless: You decide to purchase the rug(s), and we are given written or verbal approval from the cardholder to proceed with the charge. If there is no communication to Isberian Rug Company indicating that you plan to purchase or return the rug(s), Isberian Rug Company will charge the full balance due on the invoice for the On Approval rug(s) after 7 calendar days. If the On Approval rug(s) will need to be shipped, we will pay to have the rug shipped to you, and you’re responsible for the return shipping cost.
