Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date, if purchased locally. For out of state purchases, all returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

To return an item from out of state, please email customer service at isberianwebsupport@isberianrugs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your invoice. Please ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. WeWe strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return and that you insure the package for the full retail value.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Discounted merchandise is only eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days (local) or 10 days (out of state) of receipt of your order. 

 

All clearance sale items are Final Sale, no exchanges, returns or refunds. Final Sale prices are subject to change at any time. Final Sale prices may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion at time of redemption. Final Sale prices are subject to change or cancellation at any time with or without notice
